Yes, a thousand times yes.
I am not a morning person and rising before 7am always makes me feel like death and needing a nap by 2pm. As much as I’d love to hack myself to get four hours of extra productivity when I’m an actual zombie, it makes better sense to employ a morning routine that helps me arrive faster at “living" instead of “living dead girl.”
