The "pandemic wall" is hopelessness because we have no idea how long it will take until our governments help us--and we're too afraid to be hopeful even when we see there are positive things happening. It's the worst kind of limbo because we've done all we can do as individuals, but we feel like we've done nothing at all because /we/ can't see any lasting effects of our sacrifices. And we just keep having to give and sacrifice. It's no wonder we're all exhausted, depressed, anxious, and collectively meh. The light at the end of the tunnel continues to be a train.
