Just a couple of days ago, I was out walking my dogs. Another woman from my building was out walking her dog. I watched as she turned the corner and was heading to the door. A man was walking about ten feet behind her and obviously sped up to follow her around the corner. He saw me watching, then literally did an about face and turned himself around from the road he was following her down. He walked off like he wasn't doing anything suspicious, which of course, was suspicious. I have no doubt that if I hadn't been there watching, she would have been badly hurt by him.
