I have a basic theory--that the Monsanto addition of roundup ready grains and cross-pollination in addition to our exorbitant usage of pesticides plus a reduction of seed varieties are what causes us to have more reactions to our foods. I hope scientists somewhere are looking into how we produce our food in order to rule this out as a cause.
